Cancel an order

Because we buy each piece from the supplier after you order it, an order can be cancelled for a full refund until we have placed it with the supplier — usually within a day of your payment.

To cancel, message us on WhatsApp with your order reference as soon as you can. We will confirm whether it can still be stopped.

Once an item has been bought from the supplier or is in transit, it can no longer be cancelled, but the returns policy still applies once it arrives.
